Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced OT Infrastructure Administrator to join the IT team in Mülheim an der Ruhr, focusing on the system maintenance, development, and operational support of complex IT/OT environments. The Administrator will be responsible for planning, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux server environments, executing patch management, and performing in-depth incident analysis and resolution. A critical component of the job involves the setup and operation of advanced networks (LAN/WLAN) utilizing Software-Defined Network technology (Cisco SD-Access), extending into production environments. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of proven experience in complex IT/OT infrastructures. Success requires expertise in virtualization (HyperV/KVM), storage (FC-SAN), backup solutions (Commvault), and advanced Cisco networking (Switching/Routing, ISE, WLC), alongside strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
