Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Tax Consultant ready to take the next step into Senior Management, specifically focusing on corporate and international tax law within a modern, fully digital, and highly-regarded firm. The successful candidate will immediately assume responsibility, advising and supporting national and international clients of all sizes and legal forms. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing complex tax issues, identifying potential growth opportunities within existing mandates, and actively participating in the acquisition of new clients. A key component of this position is leadership, involving the management and development of junior tax assistants. Crucially, this role includes a structured 12–18 month leadership program designed to fast-track the individual to a partnership position, allowing them to actively shape the firm's strategic direction and ensure its sustainable success. Candidates must possess excellent current tax law knowledge and demonstrable leadership experience, coupled with a proactive approach to organizational improvement.
