Job Summary

This critical role seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to ensure the System Safety and Product Environmental Compliance of advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) systems for a leading defense electronics company. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing safety-relevant requirements, creating comprehensive project-specific safety planning documents in adherence to customer needs and international norms, and defining and verifying safety requirements. The engineer will act as a key consultant for Project Management and the Design Authority on complex safety issues, including machine safety, functional safety, and EMC. Success requires a relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science), extensive professional experience implementing established safety standards, and fundamental knowledge of Electronic Warfare or Radar technology. The position demands a structured, solution-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills to work with internal departments and external partners.
