Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join an international team within a prestigious law firm, serving as the primary IT contact for the Munich office. You will ensure the seamless operation of critical technology by providing expert support for both hardware and software issues. Key daily tasks include supporting Windows environments, MS Office 365, and conference systems in close collaboration with the global IT team. You will also be responsible for managing telephony systems, Mobile Device Management (MDM), user accounts, and software installations. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to IT projects, inventory management, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification or significant experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, and familiarity with VPN, document management, and ticketing systems. This position offers a competitive salary (€60,000 – €70,000 gross/year), 30 days of vacation, and excellent professional development opportunities.
