Job Summary

The Clinic Manager will provide crucial conceptual and organizational support to the Clinic Director within the Cardiology, Angiology, and Intensive Care Medicine department at the German Heart Center of Charité. This role involves driving the business optimization and continuous development of internal clinical processes, implementing quality assurance workflows in collaboration with clinical leadership, and managing interfaces with various departments and professional groups involved in patient treatment. Key responsibilities include controlling and monitoring personnel costs, managing staffing plans, creating detailed reports and statistics, and handling independent operational projects. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant university degree (e.g., Health Economics or Business Administration) and professional experience in the healthcare or hospital sector, coupled with strong knowledge of the DRG system and excellent command of Microsoft Office and English.
