Job Summary

This role is for an Account Manager in Building Automation, responsible for expanding and nurturing client relationships within planning, plant construction, operations, and project development. The successful candidate will create tailored service proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts, while also driving market expansion by acquiring new clients and introducing new products and sales strategies. A key aspect of the role involves advising and supporting specialized planning offices, engineering firms, property management companies, and public authorities in developing and planning new building automation systems. Additionally, the Account Manager will oversee the implementation and modernization of measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) systems, building management systems, and HVAC installations, ensuring future-proof living and working environments.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman/Technician in Electrical, Supply, MCR Technology or Building Automation; alternatively, Engineering degree or comparable recognized technical education.

Experience
