Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Department of Business at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (HSBI) by managing international exchange students (incomers and outgoers) and coordinating international projects such as Summer Schools and International Day events. A key responsibility is the administrative and organizational planning of these activities, along with substantial involvement in third-party funding management. This includes assisting with the formal and substantive application process for international grants, particularly those from the DAAD, managing financial plans, and coordinating necessary documentation and communication with funding institutions. The ideal candidate will have a relevant university degree, international experience, strong conceptual thinking, and high levels of intercultural and social competence, contributing actively to the maintenance of international partnerships and the university's self-governance.
