Job Summary
This full-time, temporary role (until July 31, 2027) at the Münster Police Headquarters involves critical data management and administrative support within the Criminal Investigation Directorate. The specialist will be responsible for the storage, deletion, and updating of diverse data, alongside conducting research and providing information using various police information systems. A major focus of the role is ensuring data quality assurance and meticulous data maintenance. Candidates must possess a completed commercial or administrative qualification (such as an Office Management Specialist) and demonstrate strong proficiency in database handling and standard IT applications, particularly MS Office products. This position requires significant flexibility and commitment, including the willingness to perform shift work between 06:00 and 21:00, including weekends and public holidays, and readiness to serve during special operational situations. Success in this role demands high personal competence, reliability, and strict confidentiality.
Required Skills

Completed training as an Office Clerk, Office Management Specialist, or Administrative Specialist; Alternatively, current employment as an employee of the State of NRW
