Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Building Services Engineer specializing in Facility Management, based in Munich. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 20 employees within the Building Management and Operations department. Key responsibilities include strategic, technical, infrastructural, and commercial alignment of properties, collaborating closely with the 'Construction and Technology' group. The position involves preparing decision-making templates, forecasts, and developing processes. A critical aspect is ensuring compliance with operator responsibilities and AMEV guidelines for maintenance, inspections, and repairs of building systems. The role also encompasses managing technical systems documentation in CAFM, overseeing internal services, and steering external service providers, including tender processes. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/FH) in Engineering with a specialization in Facility Management, or Business Administration (FH/Bachelor) with a specialization in Industrial Engineering
Experience
- Professional experience in operating and managing real estate properties
- Proven leadership experience
- Familiarity with requirements for rental and service provider contracts
- Knowledge of current norms and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of service provider steering
- Experience in tendering processes, with a focus on services
