Job Summary

This role involves managing electrical engineering aspects for modular construction projects, specifically focusing on wooden panel and module construction for schools, daycare centers, offices, and administrative buildings. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting sales with concepts and cost estimates during the planning and bidding phases, overseeing external engineering firms, and conducting technical feasibility checks on proposals and documentation. The Project Manager will also be responsible for creating functional tenders, managing procurement support, and handling overall project control, cost controlling, and reporting for electrical trades. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification, extensive professional experience in project or construction management for turnkey electrical systems, and strong negotiation skills in German. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, or certified Electrical Technician (Elektrotechniker), or Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering trade.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management, construction management, or calculation for electrical engineering in turnkey real estate
  • Professional experience in applying construction, contract, and procurement law (VOB/BGB)
  • Experience in managing and monitoring external engineering offices
