Job Summary

This role is for an Application Manager specializing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), joining the Design & Development department at HENSOLDT in Ulm. The core mission involves the operation, support, and continuous development of the Siemens MES solution Opcenter and the machine integration software PAC by ZNT Richter. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing interfaces between MES, ERP, and machinery, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and providing second-level support for production-related IT systems, including error analysis and resolution. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, possesses strong experience with MES Application Management (preferably Siemens Opcenter), and has robust skills in SQL, C#, Java, and DevOps methodologies using the Atlassian Stack. This position is crucial for driving the digitalization of HENSOLDT's processes and requires strong communication skills in both German and English.
