Job Summary
This Senior Scrum Master role, based in Frankfurt am Main within the energy technology sector, requires an experienced agile leader to drive software delivery and team effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include moderating all core Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups) and collaborating closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog aligned with business objectives. A core function involves coaching team members in agile practices, fostering self-organization, and actively identifying and removing impediments to progress. The role also requires tracking project progress using suitable metrics and transparently reporting to stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, including prior experience as a Software Developer or in a technical role, enabling them to effectively support development teams and moderate solution-oriented discussions. Key qualifications include a relevant degree, a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development or architecture, and at least 5 years in a dedicated Scrum Master or comparable agile leadership capacity, along with a CSM or SAFe RTE certification.
