IT Security Specialist / IT Security Process Manager | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a proactive and reliable IT Security Specialist who will serve as a key expert within the IT/Process Management team of a leading German insurer. The specialist will consult internal departments on operational IT security matters, developing solution concepts and recommendations for hardening IT systems, applications, and cloud services. A core responsibility involves driving the continuous improvement of IT Security and IT Compliance processes, managing the external Security Operation Center (SOC), and analyzing/prioritizing security alerts from SOC, penetration tests, and audits. The role also includes coordinating Incident Response measures, planning and steering audits/penetration tests, and providing technical oversight for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
