Job Summary

This role involves developing critical embedded software using modern C++ for microcontrollers, specifically within the mobility sector of military land vehicles (e.g., TI-Hercules family controllers). Day-to-day responsibilities include creating functional vehicle software, designing test software for hardware verification, analyzing and defining software requirements, and actively participating in the planning and commissioning of both hardware and software. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with an electrical focus, coupled with several years of experience in embedded software development. Essential qualifications include deep knowledge of modern C++ (bare-metal and OS environments), proficiency with CI/VCS tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira, and strong foundational knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and bussystems (CAN, Ethernet). This position offers an unlimited contract and the opportunity to continuously optimize development tools and processes while working closely with hardware teams in a dynamic, high-tech environment in Munich.
