Job Summary
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for global service partners, focusing on second-level technical support and hotline management. The technician will be responsible for analyzing complex technical inquiries, collaborating with product specialists and suppliers to develop effective solutions, and meticulously documenting all requests within a ticketing system. Key qualifications include a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering or mechatronics, proficiency in standard office software, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
