Job Summary

This role involves leading the technical operations within a designated property, focusing primarily on electrical engineering and building technology systems. The Technical Lead will be responsible for managing incoming service requests via a ticketing system, coordinating in-house technicians, and overseeing external contractors. Key duties include commissioning, operating, monitoring, and maintaining all building technical systems, assemblies, and components. The ideal candidate must possess a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with professional experience in maintaining electrical systems (ELT) and utilizing CAFM systems. Strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a high degree of customer orientation are essential for success in this role, ensuring reliable technical operation and compliance with all necessary inspections and documentation.
