Job Summary

This role seeks a Chemical Laboratory Technician to join a wet chemistry lab team at a leading European pharmaceutical contract manufacturer in Göttingen. The technician will be responsible for the independent execution and documentation of purity, content, and identity determinations for bulk batches and finished pharmaceuticals. Key activities include applying various analytical methods such as Chromatography (DC), Spectroscopy (UV/VIS, FTIR), and Titration (Karl-Fischer, Potentiometry), evaluating analytical data, and documenting results in compliance with GMP standards, including data review and document creation/revision. The role also involves performing equipment calibrations, maintenance, and method validations, as well as optimizing quality control workflows. The ideal candidate holds a relevant technical qualification (Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA) and possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach, with prior experience in a Quality Control laboratory being desirable.
