Job Summary

This role involves independently managing and maintaining critical master data, including material masters, manufacturing, and quotation Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the Electrical Engineering domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring product quality, meeting deadlines, and adhering to cost frameworks. You will be responsible for converting engineering BOMs into manufacturing BOMs, accurately transferring data from technical information systems (TIS), and assigning item numbers. A core task is the consistent implementation of Make-or-Buy decisions and ensuring technical changes are reliably incorporated into the master data. The position requires completed advanced training as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, expertise in complex BOM structures, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP R/3, is highly advantageous.
