Job Summary

This role is for a proactive IT System Administrator responsible for the conception, administration, and optimization of a hybrid infrastructure, primarily leveraging VMware and Microsoft solutions. Day-to-day tasks include independently managing sub-projects for infrastructure development, providing essential user support using JIRA ITSM, and handling the installation of both hardware and software across server and client environments. A critical part of the job involves maintaining and optimizing backup and monitoring systems, contributing to IT process improvement, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits. The ideal candidate must possess a background in IT system integration or computer science, coupled with solid professional experience in Windows Server, virtualization, and network administration, along with expertise in Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
