Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the Dross Preparation and Environmental Technology department for a 175-year-old, family-run precious metal company in Pforzheim. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and developing the teams responsible for Dross Preparation and Wastewater Treatment, ensuring the process-compliant execution of orders, and strictly adhering to all legal requirements and environmental standards. A crucial part of the role is driving digitalization, managing digital process documentation, and creating essential sustainability and compliance reports. The Head is also responsible for risk management across occupational safety, environmental protection, and cyber-security. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant degree or advanced qualification in Chemistry or Environmental Technology, coupled with profound knowledge of environmental law and proven leadership experience.
