Job Summary

This role involves operating and maintaining critical Avionics Test Facilities, Real-Time Test Systems, and Simulation Environments for AIRBUS Defence and Space in Manching. The Operations Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the continuous availability and functionality of these complex systems, providing essential support to testers, and quickly resolving faults within the test facilities and associated IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting errors, restoring system functionality, and independently developing, implementing, and integrating changes to the test rigs. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, possesses professional experience in IT/Information Systems, networking, scripting, and programming, and is proficient in both German and English.
