Job Summary

This role is critical for the configuration and pre-definition of content and geometry for electrical wiring, including its routing and fastening within aircraft structures at the AIRBUS Finkenwerder site. The Version Preparation Designer acts as the key interface between the systemic definition provided and the detailed creation of installation and manufacturing drawings. Day-to-day tasks involve configuring electrical systems, evaluating data volumes, processing information using specialized Airbus tools, and reviewing change requests to assess their impact on the overall configuration. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in Change and Configuration Management, Electrical Systems, and Design. Success in this position requires a self-reliant, structured, and results-oriented approach, coupled with strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English.
