Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in Power Electronics, focusing on the electrotechnical development and design of complex systems from initial concept through to final acceptance. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing circuit concepts and electrical specifications, selecting and dimensioning electrotechnical components and power supply systems, and creating detailed wiring diagrams and documentation. The engineer will coordinate closely with customers and suppliers, plan installations, oversee cabinet acceptance, and support type testing. The ideal candidate holds a degree or certification as a State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses relevant professional experience in power electronics and hardware development, and is proficient with CAE tools like EPLAN, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, and the opportunity to optimize existing products within a collaborative team environment, requiring strong communication skills and a willingness to travel occasionally.
