Job Summary

This role involves managing complex facility management projects for Airbus in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, focusing on establishing a modern, efficient, and strategic service portfolio for 'General Services.' Key responsibilities include comprehensive supplier management, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services such as personnel transport (buses, cars, bikes, ferries), office services, cleaning, and landscaping. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and reporting on necessary resources, analyzing costs and supplier performance, and implementing digitalization strategies, including AI and app introductions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, possesses fluent German and English skills, and has professional experience in project management, change management, and IT affinity, particularly with Google Workspace. This position offers a secure, permanent contract, attractive compensation up to €80,550 gross/year, a 35-hour work week, flexible hours, and 30 days of annual leave.
