Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite Support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for a leading European IT service provider, supporting numerous major corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup and dismantling of workstations, including troubleshooting issues directly for the user. Key daily tasks include managing tickets, deploying, wiping, and administering notebooks, and handling inventory management. Furthermore, the role requires the issuance, retrieval, and initial instruction on equipment and mobile devices, along with technical support for both in-person and remote meetings. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT systems integration or equivalent, coupled with initial experience in onsite support and ticketing systems, and the willingness to work rotating early and late shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience
