Job Summary

This role involves supporting IT rollouts and providing essential onsite support for various end customers within a 50km radius of the Düsseldorf to Cologne area, tailored to the technician's residence. Day-to-day tasks include the installation and configuration of IT hardware such as PCs, notebooks, printers, monitors, and peripheral devices. The technician will also be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions, performing function tests, and carrying out basic user account maintenance and end-user support. Key qualifications include a completed technical IT education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), practical experience in IT rollouts and user support, and proficiency with Windows 10/11 and MS Office.
