As an IT Technician specializing in Onsite Support for the Freimann and Funkhaus locations, you will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of the system landscape, particularly within the banking sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hardware rollouts, participating in various IT projects, and resolving incidents in First and Second Level Support, both remotely and onsite. The ideal candidate will possess a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or a comparable qualification, coupled with proven experience in Windows, Office environments, and using ticketing systems. Strong German language skills, excellent communication, and a structured, team-oriented approach are essential for success in this permanent position.
