This role involves the independent and responsible management of civil engineering maintenance measures, specifically focusing on traffic areas like road surface and sidewalk repairs, within the Public Works and Urban Greenery department. The successful candidate will handle the entire project lifecycle, including tendering, construction management, site supervision, billing, and coordination of third parties, while also managing external engineering firms. Key requirements include a qualification as a State Certified Civil Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman in Civil/Road Construction, multi-year professional experience in road maintenance, and strong knowledge of relevant German construction and public procurement regulations (VOB, VOL, HOAI).
