Job Summary

This role seeks an MCR Planner/Engineer specialized in Technical Building Services (TGA/HVAC/MEP) to bring essential control logic into complex planning projects. You will be responsible for the full scope of planning services (LPH 1-7 according to HOAI) for critical building systems, including cooling, heating, ventilation, sanitation, and compressed air. A core part of the role involves developing future-oriented and sustainable projects using WS-CAD, ensuring compliance with current norms and regulations, and conducting energy concepts and economic feasibility calculations. Success hinges on close, goal-oriented collaboration with clients and ensuring successful project completion. Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent qualification, basic knowledge of building law, and proficiency in relevant industry software.
