Job Summary
This role involves managing all aspects of customer service and technical support for in-vitro diagnostics and image analysis devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing customer inquiries and support cases, ensuring documentation adheres to quality management standards (QM-compliant), and performing installation, commissioning, and repair of equipment. The successful candidate will also serve as the responsible electrical expert (VEFK), communicate effectively with customers, service providers, and partners, and support the construction/design team with specific technical questions. Key requirements include a completed education as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in Electrical Engineering, strong communication skills, and proficiency in both German and English.
