Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Electrical Design Engineer, often referred to as an E-Plan Project Engineer, who will take responsibility for the full lifecycle of electrical engineering concepts for control and automation systems. Key daily tasks involve developing technical concepts collaboratively, independently creating detailed electrical schematics and manufacturing documentation, including 3D assembly drawings, using EPLAN Electric P8 and ProPanel. You will be responsible for component selection, ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards (e.g., DIN EN 60204-1), and preparing functional safety documentation (FMEA). Furthermore, you will support control programming, assembly, and commissioning of products both internally and at customer sites, requiring approximately 20% travel. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, several years of relevant professional experience, and expertise in electrical drive, control, and regulation technology.
