Job Summary

This role is for an Analytics Senior Analyst within the Private Customer Bank Germany, focusing on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance sales, optimize campaigns, and strengthen customer loyalty, particularly within the Wealth Management segment. The Analyst will be responsible for the conceptual and technical development of predictive models for cross- and upselling potential, churn prevention, and customer valuation analysis. Day-to-day tasks involve designing, developing, and automating analyses and forecasts using advanced Data Mining and Machine Learning techniques (both real-time and offline). The ideal candidate possesses a strong quantitative background, expertise in Data Mining methodologies, proficiency in Python, SQL, and BigQuery, and experience integrating analytical modules into existing BI and Big Data landscapes. This position requires close collaboration with sales teams to implement data-driven strategies and achieve measurable increases in sales results, making it critical for driving business growth through advanced analytics.
