Job Summary

This critical role serves as the central point of contact for IT and digitalization, driving the technological future of the company from a dedicated office in Großröhrsdorf. The specialist is responsible for the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and smooth operation of the entire IT environment, encompassing both hardware and software. A primary focus is the technical and functional support, maintenance, and further development of the existing ERP system. Key day-to-day tasks include ensuring robust IT security, managing anti-virus solutions, and providing essential 1st and 2nd-level technical support to all employees. Furthermore, the role involves identifying optimization potential, leading the digitalization of corporate processes, and conducting employee training to ensure competent system usage and heightened cybersecurity awareness. Candidates should possess a degree or comparable qualification in Informatics or Business Informatics, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in network and client/server administration.
