Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Automotive Mechatronics Technician ready to transition their expertise from the workshop to an office-based data management position. You will join a Data Factory Team, focusing on Maintenance or Labour Time Collection and Processing. Day-to-day tasks include meticulously preparing technical documents according to manufacturer specifications, researching and organizing vehicle data, and accurately recording external system data into in-house programs. You will also provide expert technical support to workshop customers via a hotline and ensure high data quality through continuous updates, maintenance, and reviews. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply deep automotive knowledge in a data-driven environment, collaborating with diverse teams within a global automotive aftermarket data provider.
