Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson looking for a stable, indoor environment away from traditional construction sites. As a Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, control, and maintenance of various technical building systems. Key day-to-day tasks include performing independent repair work and general upkeep (Instandhaltung) across the facility, alongside participating in an on-call rotation (Bereitschaftsdienst). The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification (Journeyman's certificate) in a trade such as electrical, plumbing, heating, or even painting, and possesses a strong foundational technical understanding.
