Job Summary

This role involves acting as a subject matter expert for all data center infrastructure topics, focusing on ensuring the smooth, 24/7 operation of customer environments within associated data centers. Key responsibilities include hands-on work such as installing and mounting IT components, planning efficient space and cabinet utilization, and developing concepts for data center cabling (copper/fiber/patch panel standards). The technician will maintain operational relationships with data center partners and customers, provide pre- and post-sales support, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and international standards (ISO, PCI:DSS). This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and regular travel within the Rhein-Main area, including participation in an on-call rotation.
