Job Summary

This role involves creating comprehensive rough and detailed schedules for complex civil engineering and road construction projects, covering both the bidding and execution phases. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for updating and managing schedules during project execution, actively identifying opportunities and risks for optimization of construction timelines. Responsibilities also include supporting the creation of site reports, performing required target-actual comparisons, and assisting with claims processing and documentation of schedule changes. Key qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, several years of experience in construction scheduling or control, and proficiency with scheduling software such as Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or TILOS.
