Job Summary

As the Head of Chemistry, you will lead and mentor a team, drive research projects for new feed additive technologies, and ensure their successful transfer to production. This role involves clarifying mechanisms of action, documenting results, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders. You will also conduct profitability analyses, manage budgets, and coordinate with external research partners. A key part of the role is developing and optimizing chemical-analytical methods for feed additives, staying abreast of industry trends, and supporting patent applications.
