Job Summary

This role, initially a fixed-term 18-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment, seeks a dedicated professional to act as a Pharmacist Coordinator and Shift Leader in a fast-growing international pharmaceutical company. The core responsibilities involve planning, organizing, supervising, evaluating, and documenting the qualification of testing personnel. The coordinator will be instrumental in optimizing internal processes, creating error patterns and test sets, and managing projects. A key component is ensuring strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and EHS policies within the production environment, including organizing and conducting necessary training. The ideal candidate must possess a background in pharmacy, strong organizational skills, excellent communication in both German and English, and a willingness to work in a continuous shift system. This is a highly responsible position requiring precision, initiative, and deep knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in Pharmacy, supplemented by Master or Technician certification (IHK qualification) in Pharmacy, or equivalent qualifications.

Experience

  • Completed vocational training in pharmacy with further qualification as a Master or Technician with IHK certification in pharmacy
  • Comparable vocational training with equivalent knowledge and extensive professional experience
  • Professional experience with cGMP requirements and EHS guidelines in a production environment
  • Experience in handling IT systems and databases (e.g., SAP, BioMES, Vault, GoTrack, LOS)
