Job Summary

This role, initially limited to 18 months with a potential for permanent takeover, seeks a dedicated professional to act as a Pharmacist Coordinator and Shift Leader, starting September 1, 2025. The core responsibilities involve coordinating, organizing, and documenting the qualification of testing personnel, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP regulations and EHS guidelines within the production environment. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing internal processes, creating error patterns and test sets, managing projects, and drafting essential documentation (regulations, reports, process descriptions) in both English and German. The ideal candidate possesses a background in pharmacy, strong GMP knowledge, and experience with IT systems/databases like SAP.
