Technical Order Processor | Technischer Auftragsbearbeiter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves serving as the key interface between technical production, procurement, and the customer base for a market-leading machine manufacturing company specializing in control units. The Technical Order Processor will be responsible for the end-to-end management of incoming orders, including technical and commercial clarification, independent order processing, and generating quotations. A core part of the job involves consulting customers on technical ambiguities, answering technical questions from both clients and the production team, coordinating component procurement with the purchasing department, and ensuring timely delivery through diligent schedule monitoring. The ideal candidate must possess a background as an Electrician or Electrical Technician, coupled with experience in order processing, ideally related to switchgear or machinery, and proficiency in reading electrical plans and drawings (EPlan and CAD knowledge is advantageous). This is a varied role with excellent opportunities for permanent employment after initial training.
