Job Summary

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and customer service, working for a leading, independent manufacturer of control systems based in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and processing retrofit kits for control systems, providing technical telephone support to customers via the service line, and handling customer complaints. Key duties also include selecting and initiating the delivery of accessory and spare parts, and technically processing cost quotations. Candidates should possess a completed commercial or technical vocational qualification, such as an Industrial Clerk, Mechatronics Technician, or Electrical Technician. Proficiency in PC and MS Office applications, knowledge of relevant DIN and VDE regulations, and the ability to conduct customer-oriented consultations are essential.
