This role seeks a dedicated Part-Time Laboratory Technician, ideally a trained Chemical or Biological Laboratory Assistant, to join a stable company specializing in the food sector. The primary responsibilities involve conducting physical-chemical and microbiological analyses on intermediate and finished products, as well as customer samples. Daily tasks include taking samples during operational rounds, analyzing operational and waste water, performing regular hygiene checks on personnel and surfaces, and meticulously documenting all results. The technician will also coordinate external analyses when necessary and manage laboratory consumables. The ideal candidate possesses a completed relevant laboratory training and demonstrates strong attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility, particularly for occasional Saturday or holiday shifts.
