Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive and individualized IT support for small and medium-sized businesses and administrations. Day-to-day tasks include administering customer networks, with a primary focus on Windows Servers and general networking infrastructure, processing support requests, implementing new IT systems, and creating detailed customer documentation. The successful candidate must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration and demonstrate excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Clients and Servers). Ideally, candidates should also be familiar with technologies such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Exchange Server, Firewalls, Veeam Backup & Recovery, and Microsoft 365.
