Job Summary
This role involves leading a production team in a 3-shift operation, focusing on achieving critical targets related to output quantity, delivery punctuality, quality, and economic efficiency. The Production Team Leader will be responsible for both the technical guidance and disciplinary management of the team, actively conducting analyses, and implementing corrective measures when targets are missed. Key duties include documenting work results, creating shift and weekly schedules, coordinating with internal interfaces, and ensuring the highest level of occupational safety compliance. Candidates should possess a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in areas like Metal, Electrical Engineering, or Coating Technology, coupled with professional experience in a production environment. Experience in leadership, Lean Management, and project work is highly advantageous, alongside proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and required certifications for forklift and crane operation.

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a production operation or comparable field
- Initial leadership experience with personnel responsibility is advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of occupational safety, project management, and Lean Management
- Expertise in handling production KPIs and control approaches for achieving production targets
