Job Summary

This role is a pivotal IT Application Manager position within an expanding international biotech company, focusing on enhancing and maintaining the core application landscape, primarily centered around SAP Business One. The manager will serve as the key interface between internal departments (Production, Logistics, Quality) and external IT partners, driving the standardization and digitalization of business processes. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating technical adjustments and extensions with external SAP service providers, prioritizing requirements from business units, and managing the selection and implementation of new systems like LIMS and specialized logistics/traceability software, ensuring seamless integration with SAP. Candidates require a background in Informatics, Business Informatics, or related practical experience, coupled with 3–5 years of professional experience managing IT applications, particularly ERP systems like SAP Business One.
