Job Summary

This Director role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation and operational excellence of a leading European platform for body and paint services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the group-wide IT and Digital strategy, overseeing complex Cloud, Network, and Application landscapes, and managing a multi-provider environment across several countries. A core focus is establishing robust ITSM structures based on standards like ITIL, ensuring professional service, incident, and change management processes. Furthermore, the role holds overall responsibility for Business Intelligence and the Data Warehouse (Single Source of Truth), leveraging AI and Advanced Analytics to move reporting toward proactive corporate steering, forecasting, and intelligent data modeling. We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience structuring heterogeneous IT and data environments, excellent business acumen, and fluency in both German and English, ready to operate in a dynamic, international growth environment.
