Job Summary

This role seeks a seasoned and creative Software Lead Engineer to join the Industrial IT team in Mannheim, focusing on developing and maintaining comprehensive software and automation solutions for the process and manufacturing industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing automation solutions based on client requirements, continuously developing and porting the proprietary Process Control and Batch Systems (MES/PLS), and creating components, modules, and wizards primarily using Delphi. The successful candidate will also provide full lifecycle support for customer MES/PLS systems. Key qualifications include a degree in Technical Computer Science, practical experience with programming languages like Delphi or C#, and excellent German and English skills.
