Job Summary

Join a highly motivated, interdisciplinary team focused on renewable energy project development (wind, solar, battery storage) as an IT Support Specialist. This role is crucial for maintaining a smooth, modern, and agile IT environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd Level IT support, handling incident analysis, resolution, and escalation, and setting up new Windows workstations. You will actively manage the IT infrastructure, including user accounts, servers, networking, security, and cloud services, and assist in managing IT security incidents. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT education, at least two years of experience in IT support, and strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365 environments. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), potentially supplemented by an IT degree

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in IT Support (1st and 2nd Level)
  • Very good knowledge of Windows Server (2016 and newer)
  • Experience with Windows 10/11
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure
