Job Summary

This exciting, permanent position seeks a Cloud Engineer to manage and advance cloud environments focusing on Azure and Microsoft 365 services within an agile team. The role involves optimizing the Azure landing zone and central infrastructure, including networking, compute, storage, and security, while ensuring efficient interfaces. Key responsibilities include managing identities and access rights using Entra ID, RBAC, and PIM, and operating container solutions like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker, alongside serverless services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps. A core function is the automation of deployment processes using Terraform and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification, professional experience in Azure Cloud Engineering or Microsoft 365, and practical knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong German and good English skills are essential for collaborating with internal and external partners and coordinating external service providers.
